3. Data Source & Accuracy Disclaimer

The financial data displayed on Fiducia Giving is sourced directly from public IRS Form 990 XML filings submitted by nonprofit organizations to the Internal Revenue Service. These filings are public records made available by the IRS.

While we strive for accuracy, Fiducia Giving does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data displayed. The underlying data reflects what nonprofits have reported in their IRS filings, which may contain errors or omissions made by the filing organizations. 4. ProPublica Nonprofit Explorer

Fiducia Giving integrates with ProPublica's Nonprofit Explorer as a convenience tool to help users identify and search for nonprofit organizations. ProPublica Nonprofit Explorer is not the source of Fiducia Giving's financial data. Our financial data is sourced directly from IRS Form 990 XML filings as described above.

5. Fiducia-Calculated Metrics

In addition to displaying raw data from IRS filings, Fiducia Giving calculates its own derived metrics, including but not limited to efficiency ratios, financial health indicators, and organizational classifications. These metrics are analytical tools intended to help users interpret nonprofit data.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract data from our website without prior written permission
  • Commercially redistribute data or content from Fiducia Giving without authorization
